the first is for individual agents placing an order for themselves
that's what we'll cover in this video simply click on your company name from
the order online drop down menu
as an example lets choose Keller Williams once the page loads you can see
each other cards we offer
on the top four cards the backgrounds rotate through all of your choices
print as a service each of these cards have up to 16 backgrounds to choose from
as well as all of our stock back printing options
to get started click on the
Order Now link below the card you wish to order you need a username and
password to login so if you don't have one

and we'll get you set up once you're logged in
you can place your order using the form first choose a background from our
background selection pulldown menu
argued like to order has a spot for your personal picture you can upload a new
image
or select what if you're already uploaded images by clicking
upload new image as a side note
our website uses pop-up windows for many of the dialog boxes
so be sure to disable your pop-up blocker when using our site
library dialog box opens you'll see that there are two tabs called
shared images and my images click on my images
you'll see all the images you've previously uploaded
you can choose to use one of your existing images or
click on upload images to upload a new one
the Upload File dialog box will open
click Browse to locate the source image on your computer
once you've selected click open
next click continue to upload your image
once the image is finished uploading the crop
scale rotate image dialog box will open you can adjust the image if necessary
and click OK to save your changes if no changes are necessary
just click Cancel in your image will be uploaded unchanged
click close to close the upload report dialog box in your back to your image
library
click on the name is your newly uploaded image and click
select image a preview image will generate in the background
depending on server load this can take a while but it isn't necessary to wait
now you can into your other information in the lines available
a few things to note: first items with a red asterisk must be changed before you
can proceed
this is to help make it difficult to forget something if you don't have that
many lines and information
just clear the line a blank line count as a change
second if you have a lot of information you can combine multiple items into one
line
like office and fax for example it'll
automatically condense to fit in the space available our recommendation is to
list
less information but if you really need to have it on their just combine lines
third the lines are labeled first phone
second phone address at cetera but they can hold anything you wish
the labels are recommendations to help make your car look its best but feel
free to make a change if you need something different like a Dr e license
number
fourth the title and legal lines are special
in that they aren't editable pull-down choose the title that's closest to what
you want from the pulldown menu
then edit the results in the lower box finally choose your real estate logos
and your back printing selection if you don't want logos are back printing
choose no image from the pulldown menu next
choose your quantity from the number of copies pull-down
the reference code field is designed to help us locate your previous orders
please enter the name of the person on the card you are ordering
in our case all inter- test agent click on shipping address to verify or enter
your shipping address
be sure to include a valid email for receipts and proofs
make any necessary changes and click OK
next click on Continue and your proof will be generated
you can proof the front and the back using the page number pull-down
at the top left hand corner the window if you have the free Adobe Acrobat
Reader installed
you can also click on PDF preview and get a close-up look at your cards
if you notice a mistake click go back to make the correction
but if everything is ready for print click place your order and you'll be
taken to payment processing
once your payment has been made your card will proceed to the press
